About Citi Double Cash
The 2% yardstick every other cash-back card is measured against. It pays 1% when you buy and 1% when you pay, on everything, with no annual fee, and it is one of the rare cards combining real rewards with a long balance transfer offer. There is no annual fee. The regular APR is 17.49% to 27.49% variable, with a 0% intro APR for 18 months on balance transfers only; there is no purchase intro APR. The welcome bonus is $200, delivered as 20,000 ThankYou points, after $1,500 in 6 months. The card earns full ThankYou points, which become transferable when paired with a Strata Premier or Elite. The intro balance transfer fee is 3% in the first 4 months, then 5%. The catch: no intro APR on purchases, and a 3% foreign transaction fee.
