About Capital One Savor Cash Rewards
The social spender's card: uncapped 3% on fun and food, free. Formerly SavorOne and now Capital One's free cash-back flagship, it covers four everyday categories with no caps and no annual fee, which few competitors match. There is no annual fee, a 0% intro APR for 12 months on purchases and balance transfers, and a regular APR of 18.49% to 28.49% variable. Earning: 3% on dining, groceries (excluding Walmart and Target superstores), entertainment and popular streaming, 1% elsewhere. The welcome bonus is $250 after $500 in 3 months, an elevated June 2026 offer. There is no foreign transaction fee, and cardholders get Capital One Entertainment presales. The catch: the 1% base rate on everything else is weak, and the grocery exclusions bite anyone who shops at superstores.
